No 10. The Thorn

The customer chose this specific surround to create a simple yet elegant design with minimal fuss.

6" was chosen for the depth of the stone to create a chunky feel and enable a substantially sized mold to be applied.

The depth of the mantle is closely related to the depth of the stone; therefore this provided a 9" deep mantle, which is an adequate size for those special knick knacks.

The inside of the fire surround was plastered and painted off white to magnify the space and complement the stone. This also assisted in containing the overall price.

Remember, if you don't see exactly what you want, simply pick a design similar to how you would like your design and tell us how you would like to change it.

All our Stone fireplaces are individually handmade so we can make anything but the physically un-makable.
