Traditional Farmhouse style Inglenook fireplace in Sandstone.

No 9. The Farmhouse

The customer was renovating his property and wanted to build a traditional Stone Fireplace into the fabric of the building.

He was not keen on having a fireplace as an after thought. The chimney breast was not yet erected and so he asked us to give him some ideas of how he could go about it.

We threw some ideas around and together we refined them to this original design.

Rustic, chunky, corbelled Buff Sandstone fireplace to a traditional design.

This surround is load bearing and constructed to create a stunning traditional Farmhouse fireplace with a significant depth of hearth and an original style.
